Stallo AI is developed and operated by 6 Hour AS (Org.nr: 932 547 511).
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect during the current pre-launch phase and how we handle it.

1. What We Collect

During pre-launch, we collect minimal data through our waitlist form:

• Required: Email address – so we can notify you when Stallo launches.
• Optional:
  • Company name
  • Role
  • Company size
  • Free-text input on what you would automate first

We also collect technical information automatically sent by your browser (e.g. IP address, device type) for security and basic analytics.

Note: Please do not include sensitive personal information in the free-text field.

We do not collect account information, chat history, uploaded files, or other user-generated content at this stage.

2. How We Use the Data

We use this data only to:

• Notify you about product launch and updates.
• Understand the types of users interested in Stallo, to prioritize product development.
• Maintain website security and performance.
• Measure basic usage trends (e.g. number of visitors).

We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers.

3. Legal Basis

We process personal data based on:

• Consent – when you join the waitlist.
• Legitimate interest – to operate and secure our website and understand user demand.

4. Data Sharing and Storage

We may use trusted service providers (e.g. cloud hosting, email provider) to store and process this data.
If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

5. Data Retention

• Waitlist data is stored until launch or until you unsubscribe.
• Technical logs are retained only as long as necessary for security and troubleshooting.
