These Terms govern your use of stallo.ai, related pre-launch pages, waiting lists, and active early access platform services.
By accessing this site, joining our waitlist, or logging into an early access account, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Early Access & Pre-Launch Status

Stallo is currently operating in an Early Access / Preview phase.

• Certain features, user accounts, AI workflows, and third-party integrations are active for authorized early access participants.
• Because the platform is under active development, features, data structures, and functionality may change, update, or experience interruptions.
• All content and preview services are provided on an experimental basis.

2. Use of the Website & Platform

You may browse this site, join the waitlist, or use authorized early access accounts.
You agree not to:

• Misuse the site or platform infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access, or bypass security controls.
• Submit harmful, malicious, or illegal content through any forms, chat interfaces, or integrations.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the platform.

3. Waitlist & Account Information

By joining the waitlist or creating an early access account, you consent to our processing of your email, company details, and operational configurations in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, branding, UI design, software architecture, and trademarks of Stallo remain the exclusive property of 6 Hour AS.
You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or exploit our materials without explicit prior written permission.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Stallo allows optional connections to third-party services (such as HubSpot and Microsoft Teams) and multi-model AI routing. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of those third-party providers.

6. No Warranties

The site and early access services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI outputs or platform content
• Uninterrupted availability, uptime, or error-free performance
• Suitability for specific commercial use cases during early access

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Norwegian law, 6 Hour AS shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our site or early access services
• Loss of data, workflow disruption, or business decisions made based on platform outputs

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be brought before the courts of Norway (with Trondheim tingrett as the legal venue), unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
